Spacious, cool, and well-located house. The ground floor features a living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, one bathroom, and a double bedroom. The attic has two single bedrooms, a small lounge, and a terrace with a barbecue. The house offers internet access; the password will be provided upon arrival. All bedrooms are small but cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. This is a beach house subject to harsh winters and cool nights even in summer, which may cause a slight humidity smell, although it is always clean. The house stays cool in summer and cold in winter. Located in a small village, close to the sea (about 800 meters) and local shops. There is a convenience store right behind the property, so some daytime noise may be heard. Guests have access to the entire house except for the storage room, which is for the owner's use only. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest per booking. The house has a washing machine (detergents not included). Use of the fireplace does not include firewood; you will need to purchase it if you wish to use it. The barbecue does not include charcoal, firelighters, or matches, but these can be easily found at local stores. When using the fireplace or barbecue, please leave them clean at the end of your stay. The house accommodates up to 4 people. The upstairs lounge has a sofa bed, available upon prior request and subject to an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
